Mama's Medicinal Herbs Tea - Rosehip Leaf 100g

£1.70

Its healing effect

Mild  diuretic . It regulates the permeability of blood vessels, strengthens the vascular walls, thereby accelerating blood flow. Therefore,   it can be used to prevent and treat  vasoconstriction and atherosclerosis . It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, P and K, but of course it is most famous for its high vitamin C content.

Its fruit, rose hips, contains a legendary amount of vitamin C, more in a small berry than in a large lemon! That is why  it should not be boiled , as vitamin C is destroyed by heat. It is an important winter source of vitamins  for preventing colds .
Rose hips have a beneficial effect  on diabetes , regulating blood sugar levels. Diabetics consume them after meals, as they help digest fat. We especially recommend them  for immune strengthening and  stress relief , and for smokers because smoking removes a lot of vitamin C from the body. It calms the nerves and has a general strengthening effect. Vitamin C is involved in the regulation of oxidation processes,  strengthens the walls of blood vessels , strengthens connective tissue, increases the body's defenses and resistance to infections and diseases.  It helps strengthen bones , their strength and bone formation.

Rosehip seed contains only vitamin E , its tea has a gallstone dissolving effect and is also very good for  bladder problems  . It has a diuretic effect and can also be used for kidney sand and kidney stone separation.

The flower petals  have a mild laxative effect, and  its leaves  are stomachic.

Preparation

To make herbal tea, soak one tablespoon (3 g) of rose hips in 2.5 dl of cold water for 5-6 hours, then strain. Do not use a metal strainer. Do not boil or scald.
